Using Pro-Lite 7046 tubing and painstakingly spending many hours, we have developed just the right tapers and tube shapes to create a frame that prevents mud from sticking to the chain stays. The unique chain stays are shaped to stop the mud from clinging. Being pushed down onto the chain stay forces the mud beneath it to be pushed away, thus allowing a much easier rotation of the wheel in heavy mud.
The PBS 7046 tubing, which is uniquely produced by Pro-Lite, provides 12% less weight and 16% more strength than 7005 tubing.
The geometry is carefully calculated to provide a fast and responsive frame that is light and strong. Small details such as cable routings and tube shapes are all details that could only come from years of experience and listening to what today’s riders really want.
